As the new year begins, the first couple of months of the year present a heaven-sent opportunity to everyone who wants to set an intention to adopt a new habit for the months ahead. Its that beginning of the year that doesn't demand rush, countless expectations, emotional baggage or quick results. Instead, its more about the reflections on the lessons learnt from the past year, creating new space for new habits and starting slow to bring an important change in your life. And Journaling is one such powerful yet magical tool that enables anyone to get into a mindful activity to focus on self-awareness and self-discovery with a touch of decluttering and creativity.

Journaling is all about putting your thoughts, experiences, feelings on paper either by writing or making pictures to track your life and understand yourself in a better way.
